Return & Exchange Policy 


All items are non-refundable.  If you are not completely satisfy with your received items, don't worry!  All regular price items (except accessories and bags) are eligible for a one-time exchange.   


Return & Exchange Procedure 


1. The return request should be made within 3 days of receiving the items, otherwise it is NOT acceptable.


2. You must inform us beforehand about the return via e-mail, state clearly your order number, what you are returning and the reasons why you are returning these items.


3. Once we receive your return request, a return address will be given to you by e-mail. (normally will take 2 working days)


4. Please return the items within 3 days (except public holiday) of receiving our reply, and please include a note in the parcel with your order number.  It will help our staff to easily identify the items, otherwise it is NOT acceptable.  


5. You will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping cost.  You must return items by register mail or courier prepaid, please remember to ask your courier/ post office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for our reference. Without this, we cannot issue store credit for exchange if we do not receive your parcel.  After you select other items for exchange, we will deliver it to you by local courier prepaid*, courier charge $30 (remote area $60) will be charged to you by deducting from the store credit, for example, your returned item is $300, store credit $270 will be added to your shopping account after deducting local courier charge $30 for non-remote area.

*For non Hong Kong orders, we will deliver exchange item to you by courier collect.  Should you have any queries, please feel to contact us via e-mail


6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you that we have received your returned items, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request by e-mail. If you are approved, then store credit will be added to your shopping account, you can use the cash coupon to exchange other items and the validity of cash coupon is 14 days after issue. 


The following items are non-returnable, it will be rejected and store credit will not be issued:

  • Accessories and bags
  • On sale items/ order ( included all discounted items and items applied by any coupon, credit and promotion)
  • Items have been worn, washed, scented or altered in any way
  • Items without all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order


"Lazy Noon" reserved the right to change our Return & Exchange Policy without prior notice.  If the return items in question do not meet our standards, we reserved the right to refuse return or exchange.



Faulty Item


All items are inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure good quality of your purchase orders.  In case of manufacturing fault, please send e-mail to and attach photos of faulty items (1 picture of damaged part and 1 picture of item as a whole) to request a return & replacement.  We bear the return shipping cost and replacement will send to you ASAP.  Please note that we can only arrange replacement for the same product in same size and color, if that item is no longer available, you will receive full refund for the faulty items.


The following conditions are not considered to be faulty:

  • Damage as a result of wear or wash
  • Small and unapparent dirt
  • Color discrepancy: product color may be slightly different when viewing with different monitors.  Individual perception of color and lighting effect when product photo shooting will also affect products displayed in the pictures.
  • Size tolerance: due to different materials and different methods of measurement, please allow around 2 inch/ 5 cm discrepancy on the size.











1. 如需換貨,請於收到貨品後的3天內聯絡我們,否則恕不接受。


2. 退貨前必須先電郵到 通知我們,並清楚列明你的訂單編號、需要更換的貨品和更換的原因。


3. 當我們收到你的換貨要求時,退貨地址將透過電郵給你(一般需要兩個工作天)。


4. 收到我們的回覆後,請於3天內退回貨品(公眾假期除外),否則恕不接受。包裹內請附上一張字條,並寫上你的訂單編號。這將有助我們能夠更有效率地處理及安排換貨給你,多謝合作。


5. 退貨及寄回換貨的來回運費需由客戶承擔。客戶必須以掛號或速遞寄付形式投寄需要退換的貨品。請緊記向你使用的快遞公司/郵局,索取投遞證明,並妥善保管,以作記錄。


*非香港訂單,我們將以速遞到付形式寄出換貨產品。如有任何疑問,歡迎電郵到 與我們聯絡。


6. 當收到你的包裹並檢查後,我們將會以電郵通知你是否獲得批准或拒絕更換。









"Lazy Noon"有權於毋須另行通知的情況下更改條款及細則。如果更換貨品不符合我們的準則, "Lazy Noon"擁有退貨及更換貨品的保留權利 。如有任何爭議, "Lazy Noon" 將擁有最終的決定權。





所有貨品於寄出前都會被檢查 ,以確保質量沒有問題。但如遇上一些不被察覺的生產問題,請發送電郵到 cs@lazynoon.hk給我們,並附上照片(一張照片為損壞部分和一張照片為整件貨品)要求更換貨品。當收到我們的確認後,請把貨品退回,我們將承擔來回運費, 並盡快安排更換的貨品寄給你。請注意,我們只可安排更換相同尺寸和顏色的貨品,如果該貨品已斷貨,您將收到全額退款。
