Can I place an order via Facebook/ Whatsapp?

 

Orders are placed via our website www.lazynoon.hk only. Please kindly note that we no longer provide Facebook/phone order. Any enquiries, please take a look at the FAQs here, or feel free to email us at cs@lazynoon.hk. Our Customer Service Team will do our best to help you out!

 

 

Do sales take place only online or at physical location?

 

Unfortunately, there is no secret "Lazy Noon" shop! All sales take place online at our website www.lazynoon.hk only.

 

 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

 

You can shop at "Lazy Noon" without creating an account.

However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits

  • - Track your orders and review past purchases 
  • - Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List 
  • - Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

In stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse around 3 working days (exclude public holiday) after payment transfer is completed.

 

Pre-order items will be dispatched from our warehouse around 15 working days (exclude public holiday) after payment transfer is completed.

When will you ship it?

 

Courier will arrange delivery from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), 9:00a.m. – 18:00p.m.

Shipments deliver to Industrial & Commercial Locations require around 2 business days after orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipments deliver to Residential Locations require around 3 - 5 business days after orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

I just placed an order. Can I cancel my order?

 

Once we receive your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot cancel your order once it enters our system.

 

 

I just placed an order. Can I change my shipping address?

 

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service department with your request as soon as possible by emailing us at cs@lazynoon.hk. We try to fulfill each order as quickly as possible, so it is essential that you contact us quickly if you would like to request to change the shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any change.

 

 

Does "Lazy Noon" ship to multiple addresses? 

 

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

 

 

How can I track my order? 

 

A tracking number will be given to you by e-mail once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can use this tracking number to track delivery status at courier official web site.

 


What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

 

In case of manufacturing fault, please send e-mail to cs@lazynoon.hk.  We bear the return shipping cost and replacement will send to you ASAP.

Can I do an exchangerefund?

 

All items are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfy with your received items, don't worry! All regular price items (except accessories and bags) are eligible for a one-time exchange. For our exchange policy, click Return & Exchange.

庫存商品:  商品會於付款完成後,大約3個工作天(不包括公眾假期)從我們的倉庫寄出.

付款後,可取消訂單嗎?

 

為了盡快安排閣下的訂單,當收到你的訂單時,我們的系統已立刻運作,所以一經下單,怒不取消,煩請客戶結賬前考慮清楚。

 

 

已下的訂單,還可以更改寄貨地址嗎?

 

如下單後,需要更改寄貨地址,請透過電郵 cs@lazynoon.hk 盡快與我們聯絡,但如貨品已從我們的倉庫寄出, 則不能作任何的更改。

 

 

一張訂單可向多個地址發貨嗎?

 

一個訂單只能够配送到一個地址。如果你需要將購買的商品發送到多個地址,我們建議你為每個目的地分别下訂單。

 


如何追踪我的訂單? 

 

當您的訂單從我們的倉庫寄出後,我們將通過電子郵件提供一個追蹤編碼給你。你可以使用這個追蹤編碼,到速遞公司的網站追蹤訂單的運送狀況。

 

 

如貨品有任何損壞, 我可以怎麼辦?

 

如產品遇上一些的生產問題,請發送電郵到 cs@lazynoon.hk 給我們,我們將承擔來回運費, 並盡快安排更換的貨品寄給你。
